  • 4 tomato, diced
  • 10g Cilantro, chopped
  • 10g parsley, chopped
  • 10g mint, chopped
  • 10g green onion, sliced
  • 2g salt
  • 30ml balsamic vinegar
  • 20ml honey

Directions

Bring water to boil in a kettle.

Place the diced tomatoes in a large bowl.

In a blender, combine the chopped cilantro, parsley, mint, sliced green onions, boiled water, salt, balsamic vinegar, and honey.

Blend until the mixture is well combined and has a dressing-like consistency.
