  • 1 cup couscous, cooked

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cook the couscous according to the package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked couscous, crumbled feta, diced tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried thyme, salt, and ground black pepper.

Toss everything together until well combined and evenly coated.

Place the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the feta is slightly melted and the flavors are well blended.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
