Preheat the waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.

In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted avocado, water, coffee, honey, chili powder, ground turmeric, crushed chili peppers, and ground cinnamon. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined to create a spicy avocado coffee batter.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until well mixed. Fold the beaten eggs into the spicy avocado coffee batter until evenly incorporated.
