Ingredients
- 6 slices turkey breast, diced
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup crackers, crushed

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the quinoa on the stove according to the package instructions. Set aside to cool.
In a mixer, combine the diced turkey, cooked quinoa, egg, crushed crackers, chopped green onion, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the spicy hummus dip. In a blender, combine the hummus, ground cumin, and crushed chili peppers. Blend until smooth.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the spicy hummus dip and stir for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Serve the baked turkey quinoa balls hot with the spicy hummus dip on the side.
