Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
- 200g salami, sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish. Set it aside.
In a skillet, cook the salami slices until they become slightly crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the oat milk, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
Place the cooked salami slices, avocado slices, pickles, and olives on top of the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the cheese is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the spicy salami and cheese quiche warm and enjoy!
